Our Machines for Mold Fabrication
Asahi Polyslider does business in three areas: medical devices, proprietary products, and precision parts.
From an original business structure based primarily on Polyslider Tape, we have expanded into the production of precision parts for industrial applications and are leveraged our accumulated expertise to expand into the medical device field.
In today's rapidly changing social climate, our composite business structure provides us with a solid foundation that is less susceptible to changes in the economic environment. Furthermore, by conducting all processes in-house, from product development to mass production, we are able to provide a constant and continuous supply of stable, high-quality products that allows us to grow our economic base, while also growing as a manufacturer that focuses on craftsmanship.
Asahi Polyslider will continue to tackle social issues in earnest and build a responsible corporate structure that enables us to meet the demands of our customers.

Asahi Polyslider Proprietary Products
Asahi Polyslider started from Polyslider Tape, which is the origin of our company name.
Polyslider Tape supported Japanese industry as a sliding component from our founding through Japan's period of rapid economic growth. Today, Asahi Polyslider has expanded its applications by manufacturing sheets made from Polyslider Tape and super engineering plastics.
Industrial Precision Parts
We specialize in engineering plastics and handle a wide range of production including precision molding, insert molding, and very high cavitation molding. We are committed to product development and low-cost, high-quality plastic molding for a wide range of applications. With our years of experience, we are able to meet the wide-ranging demands of a diverse customer base.
Prospects for the Future
Asahi Polyslider marked a major milestone and a new era with the opening of our new plant in 2021. We will continue to take on the challenges of developing new business activities.
