Research and Development
Our Engineering Division supports customers from development through manufacturing. We consider the appropriate product design and manufacturing methods in-house and responds in a timely manner. Besides existing technologies, it is also working on development using new materials and the introduction of new manufacturing processes.
Mold Processing Machine
We manufacture injection molds in-house. Our engineers design molds and manufacturing them using state-of-the-art machining centers.
The flow from design to mass production is smooth, and you can rest assured that we will keep your information safe and secure from any external leaks. Many of our molds are very high cavitation molds producing 100+ parts per shot.
Production Technology
We have extensive in-hour production capabiliteies and also internally conduct manufacturing process validation for medical devices. We have specialists from diverse backgrounds and are able to meet complex, high-level requirements.
Proven Materials
We perform injection molding and extrusion using a variety of thermoplastic resins. We are focusing on the development of bioabsorbable resin products.

Equipment
Nac Image Technology / High-speed Video Camera
This high-performance, high-speed camera is capable of capturing images at 100,000 frames/second with a resolution of 1 million pixels at 1280 x 896. It is primarily used to record the moment when the needle of our single-use lancets, punctures in slow motion, and to analyze the needle's protrusion length and motion. It uses software that automatically analyzes objects moving at high speed.
Futaba Kagaku / Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber
This device is capable of reproducing and testing contingency environments, such as "if a product is left outdoors in winter," or "whether there will be any problems if a product is transported by sea for an extended period of time in a container with an internal temperature of 50°C."
For example, the device can reproduce special environments (temperature 5°C x humidity 10%) that ordinary models cannot.
IM-P2 / IMT / Resin Grinder
By potting a sample in resing and subsequently grinding, it is possible to check the detailed internal shape of the product and to make samples for analysis of internally embedded parts.
IM-8030T / KEYENCE / Automatic Dimensional Measuring Machine
This device measures product dimensions quickly, accurately, and automatically.
CONTURA RDS10.12.6/ Tokyo Seimitsu / 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine
This device precisely measures the dimensions of molds.
NAOMi CT 3D / RF / X-ray Equipment
This inspection device enables non-destructive, 3D cross-sectional observation of objects from various angles.
MM-800/ Nikon / Measuring Microscope
This microscope is used to optically measure the dimensions of products manually.
X-801U / Century Innovation / Desktop Molding Machine
It can perform simple injection molding. Prototyping can be done incrementally from the 3D printer to a desktop molding machine to an injection molding machine depending on the development step.
TR100EH / Sodic / Horizontal Injection Molding Machine
This is a molding machine for prototypes. It can also be used for prototypes of super engineering plastics and resins containing fillers. It is equiped with both vertical and horizontal platens, enabling insert molding prototypes.
MD-U1020C / KEYENCE / Laser Marker
This device is capable of laser printing.
MLZ-9600 / Keyence / CO2 Laser
It uses a laser to trim flash and gates off parts.
